Problem: MacBook randomly freezes for no apparent reason. I'm not running PhotoShop or Premiere Pro (I have them installed), nothing heavy-duty (although I was using GarageBand one day and it froze up during that) but I'll just be doing something simple and the beach ball rainbow cursor starts spinning and I can't click anywhere, escape on the. Question: Q: Mac App Store freezes! I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) with High Sierra(10.13.1), and every time when I click 'Updates' button in App Store, it just freezes, so I can't update anything.
Hey fred03,From your post, it sounds like your Calendar app freezes on your iPhone 6 when you add a location to your entries. I can certainly understand why you would want an easier way to address this, and I'd be glad to do what I can to help. Do you have this issue with a particular account that you use with the Calendar app? Also, if you haven't done so already, I'd suggest removing the app, restarting your iPhone and reinstalling.
Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS 10 device or Apple Watch
Remove a built-in app from your Home screen
- On your iOS device, touch and hold the app lightly until it jiggles. If the app doesn't jiggle, make sure that you're not pressing too hard.
- Tap on the app, then tap Remove.
- Press the Home button to finish.
If you have an Apple Watch, removing an app from your iPhone also removes that app from your Apple Watch.
Restore a built-in app that you removed
- On your iOS device, go to the App Store.
- Search for the app. Make sure that you use the exact name of the app. Find the correct name of built-in apps.
- Tap to restore the app.
- Wait for the app to restore, then open it from your Home screen.
If you have an Apple Watch, restoring an app to your iPhone also restores that app to your Apple Watch.
If you still have issues, what steps have you tried already that did not work for you? This can help me provide a more appropriate option to troubleshoot this.Let me know.
Cheers
